1. The college does not give any admissions on scholarship
basis. The college forwards scholarship related applications or
information, online / offline as the case may be, to relevant
authorities including government departments. The approval of
scholarship and its disbursement is upto such authorities and it
may be disbursed directly in the students bank account. Timely
payment of college fee has to be done by the student / parent
irrespective of approval or delay in disbursement of
scholarship. The college reserves its right to- bar the student
who have not paid their fee dues from attending classes, sitting
for internal or external exams and not forward sessional or
practical marks to the authorities etc, for which the student
will be solely responsible. (Relevant for professional colleges)
2. The college fee is regulated by the MP Admisison & Fee
Regulatory Authority (AFRC). At times the AFRC fixes fee
provisionally for various courses of the college and such fee is
reflected on counselling portals of the authorities. The
admission to any course in the college for which fee has been
fixed provisionally is subject to the fixation of final fee by
AFRC or any superior competent authority or court. Any student
taking admission by paying the provisional fee clearly
undertakes to abide by such final fee fixation. If the final fee
is fixed higher than the provisional fee , the difference will
have to paid by the student to the college. And if final fee is
fixed lower than the provisional fee, the difference will be
adjusted in subsequent fee or credited to caution money balance.
